How do I place an order?
There are a few ways to place an order; you can order via this website or by visiting etsy.com/nobleoriginals by clicking here and place your order via Etsy. You may also email any bulk/custom orders to and we will guide you through the ordering process.
Can I place an order via phone?
Unfortunately not. If you are unable to successfully complete your order, please email us and we'll have an order specialist call you back within one business day to help you.
We love animals and refuse to support anything that hurts animals which is why none of our formulas are ever tested on animals (everything we use is food grade and does not require testing, whereas chemical ingredients must be tested). No animals were hurt for any of our ingredients.
Since there are no preservatives, how long do your products last once I open them?
Because each product is different, there is no magic expiration date. The soap collection will last a long time, where the massage oils and body scrubs will not. We recommend using your products within 6 months from your purchase date for best results.
Are the sugars, butters, and salts unrefined?
We only use the freshest, most organic ingredients in all of our products. Refining ingredients cause them to lose all nutrients and minerals. Therefore, all of our ingredients are completely unrefined and contain all of their natural benefits!
Where do you ship from?
We are based in the Boston suburbs and our orders are shipped via USPS.
When should I expect to receive my order?
When online orders are received they are typically shipped in the following 1-3 business days. Depending on your location, in the continental United States, you should expect to receive your package within 3-5 business days from date of shipment. If you have not received your package in a timely manner please contact us immediately. All orders are sent with tracking information. The USPS mentions that their Parcel Post service may take from business 2 - 9 days, but may be longer in some circumstances. They mention that their Priority service may take from 2 - 4 business days, but may be longer in some circumstances. The Parcel Post estimated arrival time for Alaska is 2 to 4 weeks, and for Hawaii could be 3 to 5 weeks.
Can I have my package sent to a different Shipping Address?
If you would like to ship to a different address, simply process the order using the same billing/shipping address, then once you receive the order confirmation email, reply to it and let us know what address you would like the product shipped to.

To get an answer about a specific product, please email the product information, and the question you would like answered.
